Yes, if the belt was originally purchased from ArcadeBelts.com, you will have the option of a refund or store credit for your return.  Follow this link to submit a gift return request. Once the returned product is at our warehouse store credit will be immediately available, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Returns are processed 1-3 days once a return has been dropped off at the return carrier for transit back to Arcade.

If your Adventure belt or Utility belt is dirty you can just leave it in your pants through the wash and dry cycles, we just recommend that you clip the buckle closed to prevent the belt from coming out of your pants. We do not recommend machine washing the following belts, Capture Belts with wooden inlays, Leather belts, Woven belts, Crossover belts,  and suspenders. If these need a cleaning a damp cloth will work.

Our belts are designed to be function-first, and are intended to be gender neutral. We love to express our creativity with colors and patterns, and all options are your personal preference. We recommend checking the width of your belt loops when shopping between standard and slim widths, and referring to our belt length guide to find the best fit for you.

Our belt webbing is made of 85% REPREVE® recycled polyester, and 15% natural rubber, which is a virgin material. Our buckles are made of POM or nylon, which are also virgin materials. While recycled elastics and plastics exist, we found that these alternatives are not as durable, and don't meet our standards for performance and longevity. We opted to use virgin materials for the buckle and stretch component of our belts because ultimately, the more sustainable solution is to make products that last longer.
