You will receive an email with a packing list once your order has shipped. The tracking number can be found on the packing list in the email.
I didn’t receive a tracking number; how do I find this info?
If you didn’t find your tracking number via email, you can email, firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we can help you with a tracking number.
What are my shipping method options?
We currently ship all web store orders via USPS Priority Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
$6.00 domestic; $30 to Canada. Free shipping on all US orders over $50 discount applied at checkout.
I do not live in the US; do you ship internationally? If so what are the cost?
We currently only ship the US and Canada. If you are in the EU you can shop with our authorized partner Black Leaf.
What forms of payments are accepted?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards and e-checks.
I need to make a return, what is the process?
Email email@example.com with your request and we can help you with your return. A return authorization will then be emailed to you. You can use the shipping carrier of your choice, but you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
My belt broke, can I send it in for warranty?
We generally assess this case by case and rarely will ask you to send it in. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with some information about the issue and a picture of the defect. Once we have determined that a warranty is needed. We will send out a replacement belt. If we no longer have the style available, you can choose from the line for a belt of equivalent value.
